God this guy Busbridge as I’ve said ad infinitum is “The Worlds Biggest Liar” and just now Ive seen yet another of his monumental lies.

This time on the net; a story put out by him concerning an article done by that other monumental liar mate of his….one Ian Hyne who poses as a journo. He apparently has done at some time recently (maybe) a write-up about a Cobretti customer and his car.

(Does this customer know that the car he’s driving is a car designed by myself and copied by Busbridge?? Ian Hynne certainly does…..but then as I’ve said he’s a liar too and would not admit who any brownie points should go to.

Now the point I want to make here is the outrageous lie he makes that over 200 cars have been made by this liar…Busbridge!! Now Busbridge started his copying of my Viper Cobra car in 1992. That is 25 years ago and if he made dead on 200 cars that equates to 8 cars a years EVERY year. Given that he has only ever since then worked out of a small garage at his house (now near Gatwick) it is a physical impossbility to make without fail 8 cars every year. So this is yet another gross lie put about by this asshole liar Busbridge and always abetted by Hynne.

Only in this useless country like ours can anyone get away with all this, as I have found out and people who have no conscience will aid all this, by buying from crooks.

Cobretti Viper V8 Liars & Crooks

I am now in the interest of showing potential customers of theirs, what a crook this Busbridge is. That he stole my chassis designs and then trade mark. That the Intellectual Property Office believed every lie he told over an 18 year period and over 6 tribunal hearings at the IPO & one County Court hearing. Committed massive acts of perjury and eeven 5 acts of forging documents. The IPO believed every word he said for some inexplicable reason.

Now in 2009 his brother Martin turned up and acted as a witness for the last hearing in 2010. He too had been ripped off by his brother and that says it all about this dispicable individual. He made several witness statements for that last hearing confirming all I had said. I am attaching here the most important statement which will show you the true facts and don’t forget, this is his brother who is confirming all his criminal actions even tho’ he too was involved. Why would he lie??  and you can make your own judgement. Unfortunately Martin died in 2012 from Motor Neurone desease, so is not here to add his pennyworth.

I am also attaching photos of my chassis taken during the Brightwheel period and after, so you can compare his copy from the photos he shows on his website. You will see that apart from a few minor changes made to the footwells fronts but all the rest is identical. And makes claims the design is so good he does’nt need to change it. That shows what a cheeky liar he is.

The second rusty chassis was one I fabricated in Germany in 1991. AGAIN BEFORE BUSBRIDGE COPIED IT. If you look carefully at his copy and mine you will see it is to all intents IDENTICAL.

The main thing to understand that superstructure is not the most important when considering copying as it is the main chassis rails and how all the suspension of Jaguar that is connected to that chassis, that matters. One can alter slightly the superstructure as he has done and that does not alter how the Jaguar donor parts are able to attach to the chassis. Nor how the body is able to also be attached.

SO DO YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A MAN WHO CAUSED HIS BROTHER TO LOSE HIS HOUSE, SO THAT THE COMPANY BUSBRIDGE WAS MANAGING COULD CARRY ON, (as it was running out of money) BUT STILL WASTED THAT MONEY (he was running the office side of Cobretti and thus in charge of money matters) – MEANING THE BANK TOOK THE HOUSE AND THAT CAUSED MARTINS MARRIAGE TO BREAK DOWN AS WELL. THEN HE STEALS MARTINS HALF OF THE ASSETS OF THE BUSINESS AND DON’T FORGET THAT THEY BOTH CONSPIRED IN 1990/1991 TO STEAL MY BUSINESS. NICE PEOPLE, BUT BOB IS THE WORST AND HE IS STILL PROFITING FROM HIS CRIMINAL ACTIONS. DO YOU WANT TO AID AND ABET HIM BY BUYING OFF HIM???

 

 

 

Cobretti ViperV8

It has been a full two years since I last posted about this liar and arch crook, Busbridge. I see on his website, which I thought I’d have another look to see if he was still up to all his lying. Well of course you can never stop a pathological liar, especially one who through his lies is able to make a living off those lies.

Looking at his brochure I can see brazen photos of the Jaguar based chassis that I designed together with my son and with the help of an engineeer I paid to help. A chassis that I over the next 6 years made improvements to as I built many full cars and could see these improvements were needed.

It can be clearly seen on his photos that it is a copy of my chassis and apart from a few minor alterations like sloping the fronts of the footwells, all the rest it entirely the same. So not only is the design copied but of course so is the trade name he applies to it. That of ‘Viper’, for this is the name I called my Cobra replica starting in January 1986, long before I even had the mistfortune to meet this crook and take him and his brother on as my London agents. And that was the start of him conniving and scheming to steal my business.As soon as he knew that Chrysler were applying to register Viper, he approached them and asked £500,000 for the trade mark name ‘Viper’saying he owned it. ( I sucessfully took on Chrysler and won registration, which then was taken off me due to Busbridges lies which the IPO believed and I not being able to fun a High Court appeal action, could do nothing.

I can see he is still trying to hide his theft which happened in 1991 when I running my business under the name of Classic Replicas after having had the previous business Brightwheel closed down due to partnership problems. He does this by trying to have you belive that he was able to start selling his copy as if by magic accompnied of course by lies. He would have you believe that his Cobra copy originates from only a company called Sheldonhurst, whose Cobra Replica was carried on by Brightwheel. Whilst it is true that Brightwheel did carry on making the Sheldonhurst Cobra (with their OK) that at the end of 1985 when Sheldonhurst shut their business down.  What he does hide is that the Sheldonhurst Cobra was only Granada based and my Jaguar based Cobra was an entirely new designed chassis which obviously due to the complete difference in the front and rear suspension between the two cars, meant that the Jaguar chassis had to be obviously a lot different.

By doing this sleight of hand he makes it appear that somehow he was legally allowed to copy the replica that Brightwheel was making and selling to Sept 1989. Completely missing out that from then to April 1991 he was carrying on acting as my London agent for my new company ‘Classic Replicas’. I then went to switzerland to make a racing Cobra for my Swiss agent and whilst my back was turned he did the dastardly act of stealing my designs, trade mark Viper and business.

Of course being the arch, pathological liar he was during the many tribunal hearings from 1992 to 2010 when he massively lied all the way and those civil service idiots believed every word of his.  He even lied that he was able to legally copy and use my trade mark because when Brightwheel closed THEY owed him money, so this was how he got that money. Now think about that, will you. He was my agent so how did I OWE HIM MONEY?? For an agent would always owe the company, money for sales they made of that companies products. For I never gave him those kits to sell, for free…he had to pay for them! Yet the IPO believed all that.

I have said in previous posts that this Jaguar XJ6 based kit is now 15 years out of date as those cars are collectors items, fetching good money and hardly a cheap donor car to now use. Because he has no ability as a designer and can only copy other people, he is unable to design a modern alternative kit using more modern donor parts. The same goes for his Sierra based kit if he is still flogging that too. For to pay and engineering company to come up with TWO new designs would cost a bomb, so he sticks to these old out of date designs when everyone else in the industry has moved on years ago.

What I am going to do is in my next post which will be soon, I will include photos of my chassis and alongside a photo of his. The photos of my chassis were all taken just after Brightwheel closed and one taken in 1991 in Germany (the year he stole the design and long after Brightwheel closed.) Also I will include a copy of the sworn statement his brother made to the 2010 tribunal hearing when he confirmed that Robert his brother copied and stole my trade mark and my designs. You can then decide who is telling the truth.

And if I am lying, why doesn’t Busbridge take me to court for this and calling him a crook and a criminal, which if he wasn’t, it would be slander etc.? Which of course he never has.

Cobretti Engineering and the lies continue.

Thought I would look at what the biggest liar in the UK is lying about today. So looked at his online brochure. The lies start right at the beginning of his lying blurb. He states the Cobretti Viper has been available for 20 years now. So that takes you back to 1993. Then he states that the Viper has been on the market for 23 years firstly through Brightwheel to 1989, then who sold it? That makes a gap of 4 years when according to him it must not have been for sale.
What of course he fails to tell you is that I designed the Jaguar based Viper and put it onto the market in Jan 1986. So by my non lying arithmetic that makes a total of 27 years ago the Viper first appeared, not 23. Also what he doesn’t want you to know is that when my business Brightwheel Replicas Ltd closed due to my wanting to get rid of my then American partners, I started up Classic Replicas in September 1989 and traded as such until the end of 2001. So my Viper was on the market from 1986 to 2001. AND THAT FROM SEPT 1989 TO END OF 1991 I SUPPLIED HIM AS MY AGENT WITH MY VIPER KITS.!!!!!
Also what he fails to disclose is that HE COPIED MY CHASSIS AND BODY SHAPE AND PUT IT ONTO THE MARKET AS THE COBRETTI VIPER AND THAT AT THE END OF 1991/BEGINNING 1992.!!!!!!!!!
Also the cheeky lying crook of a bastard, stole my trade mark Viper and so I then had to battle him through the IPO to stop him. To cap all that he says he owns the Trade Mark and implies he was able to do this because he had 16 years of ‘irritating legal battles’ >>>>>> obviously with Chrysler.
YET THE TRUTH IS THAT I BATTLED LEGALLY WITH WITH CHRYSLER AT MY EXPENSE FROM 1991 THRO’ TO 2002 WHEN I WAS AWARDED THE REGISTRATION OF THE TRADE MARK VIPER!!!!!!
Also what he fails to tell you is that in all the 8 Intellectual Property Office Tribunal Hearings held between 2002 and 2010 between me and him, he lied through his back teeth to those tribunals and presented forged documents(5)and the IPO believed him and not me, despite historical evidence that I legally owned the T/M from 1985 under Common Law and that they had given me the registration anyway. You need to wonder why this ever happened. Of course on his brochure blurb he praises the design and integrity of what is my design, as if he was responsible for all that, when the truth is that he couldn’t design a kids rabbit hutch, the useless twerp. (For your info I designed the Viper in Cortina/Sierra form and designed a Lamborghini Replica which was classed as the best in the UK. I also designed a Moke Replica. The Sheldonhurst Cobra was only a Granada based kit and I improved that design when I carried on manufacturing it (I do not claim I designed it) after Sheldonhurst went out of business AND I did that with their OK) and a kit to convert Mini saloon into a Mini Countryman. Both sold abroad to Japan.)
If you do not believe that he is not a designer in his own right, then ask yourself this question. Even by 1993 the Jaguar Ser 1,2 & 3 running gear as a donor vehicle was rapidly becoming too difficult to get and too expensive and today’s Series Jags are fetching too high an amount to make them a viable donor vehicle anymore. Things have moved on and if our wonder boy could design anything, why hasn’t he moved on to being able to supply his copy of MY VIPER in more modern versions with say Jag X300 running gear or BMW or Mercedes or likewise, more modern vehiclesas donor cars????????…. THE FACT IS HE IS TECHNICALLY INCAPABLE OF DOING SO AND HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY ENGINEERS TO DO THAT AND THAT WOULD COST HIM A BOMB.

THE MAN (?) IS AN ABSOLUTE PATHALOGICAL LIAR AND CHEAT AND DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A PERSON????? FOR BUYING ANYTHING OFF HIM ONLY HELPS TO ENABLE A CRIMINAL TO ENGAGE IN CRIMINAL ACTS THAT I AM SURE YOU YOURSELF WOULD NOT ENGAGE IN.
HE COMMITTED OVER 200 ACTS OF PERJURY IN COURTS AND FORGED DOCUMENTS TO BACK HIS LIES, AND ALL ARE ALL CRIMINAL ACTS.

Cobretti Engineering & the crook Tanner

Well I have long believed that crooks will get their comeuppance eventually. This, I now have been told, has happened to that utter bastard and twin of Busbridge…..one ‘Den the Menace’ Tanner.
For apparently as I am told, he was arrested some months ago for a massive case of growing weed in no less than in his factory. Exactly the kind of thing he would do, for he had absolutely no scruples. That is why he and Busbridge got on so well together. The even looked liked twins!! Ugly looking little bastards. Wouldn’t be surprised if Busbridge was in on the Tanner weed act as pursuing criminal acts is his forte. Apparently according to his brother he was into making cars ‘disappear’ for people willing to pay, so they could claim in their insurance for a ‘stolen car’ !!!!!!!!!
I was wondering why I was unable to see Kitcar for sale anywhere and for months now. He has hived off his rag of a mag to staff of his who are no better than he is, for to work for such an obvious shit as he, makes them no better. Just like that weak asshole Ian Hyne who sucked up to him knowing full well what he got up to just so he could have a job. The ragmag seems like it was losing heaps and we will not see it again I HOPE!!
Similarly with his shitheap Sumo which should too be consigned to the dustbin, for it was a dangerous heap of badly designed crap as I always said.
Now to Busbridge. I am going to celebrate all this for a few months, because now you have no outlet in any mag to be able to advertise your rip off of my Viper. Whilst you may own the T/M of that trade mark through your crooked crimes of lying to the IPO to get it, It’s worth diddly shit if you cannot sell the kit!!!!
Your name is crap to all those who have the brains to see through your crooked ways and to those who have read this blog of mine and its associated blog “bewareincomopetentcivilservants.blogspot.co.uk” which I hope has educated the Public, who have the intelligence to see what I have been saying is all true. Cobretti Engineering & more lies

Whilst searching the web to see where this blog comes, I saw that the Cobra Club are at it again with a website that features a post on the Viper history. These wankers of the Cobra Club do not like me as I have told a few of them what I think of them and their backing for Busbridge & Cobretti Engineering. They obviously have absolutely no standards as they see no wrong that he stole off me, what he sells now.
Also many (not all) of their members are no more than raving internet trolls. Many have slagged me and the Viper off when they never even bought anything off me but bought second hand part built Vipers. One individual a huge 6’+ odd slab of a Neantherdal who ordered a Viper V12 off me and was one of my last customers, was obviously lacking in mechanical skills as he found issues with most things. He obviously tried to fit the engine in with its Jag manifolds because he was too thick to realise they like many V8 & V12 engines the standard manufacturers manifolds are simply to bulky to fit into a small Cobra engine bay. He slagged me off endlessly because of this and the fact that he just would not listen to anything I said to him when he got back to me over all this. I rather quickly tired of his bombastic attitude and told him to go forth and multiply. Others picked up on his vitriol on his Cobra Club posts and all joined in to slag me off and when I retaliated I was banned. Wankers!!
Anyhow I digress, but one of those those trolls was a guy from High Wycombe who also joined in all this pathetic nonsense, by the name of Eric (can’t remember his second name but his posts are their somewhere. Now this chappy who was as old as me and was quite a physical wreck (I go back to the mid 90’s here) and is probably dead by now. He showed me that he thought he was the officially appointed historian of the Viper and of me and my business history AND an expert on the construction and technical specifications of the Vipe!! So on this looking at where this blog appears and seeing the Cobra Club right there, I went onto their site and low and behold I find a post by one ‘Rick’ ‘The Technical Director’ of the Cobra Club. Well firstly I wonder what qualifications he has to be that or is he just another self appointed nerd??
Now this post is a reproduction of an article by non other than this twerp ‘Eric’. I know it’s the same fellow because of what he says . Of course like so many other ‘experts’ on the Viper that abound in the kitcar world, he knows nowt and this article is full of shite he’s either made up or read in various liar articles on Cobretti by non other than the arch liar Hynne; ‘lover of Busbridge and Cobretti.
So here are the corrections to his lies in case you go and see this article and read it-
I had three companies Brightwheel Ltd 1985 to Jan 1987. Then Brightwheel Replicas Ltd, Jan 1987 to Sept 1989, then Classic Replicas Sept 1989 to March 2002. He states that the Viper was born out of the Sheldonhurst company. Not true as we were entirely different companies and although I was their agent for three months, when they went bankrupt I designed my own chassis and body. I did not buy their moulds and jigs.
Then he says that in 1989 that I was now manager of BRL. I was Managing Director and a share holder, but not the owner of the company as that was owned by the American investors and they had legal powers I did not have, to do what they wanted with the company.
Now to the big lie always bandied about by liar Busbridge and that was that on the Yanks closing down BRL, I disappeared in 1990 and took all the assets of BRL to Switzerland. FACT; ON BRL closing I started Classic Replicas here in the UK and SOME of the assets were sold to a Swiss company and I bought the balance, enough for me to carry on with Classic Replicas, so no need to make new jigs and moulds as he said.
There was NEVER any High Court action in the courts over copyrights either between me and Cobretti or Chrysler.
Then yet another huge lie about how Cobretti/Busbridge explained how he legally managed to get the Viper designs and trade mark. This goes by stating he was owed monies by BRL or me, and that gave him the rights to all that, but he actually stole them as BRL NEVER owed him a cent and why would it. It was a case of him paying us for kits and not the other way round….OBVIOUSLY!! This is what he has said time and again and it is a huge lie as any one with more than half a brain could easily see!!And he has never shown any legal evidence that this ever happened.
Now it is said that Busbridge had legal battles with Chrysler. As in my last post I have commented on this and NOW YOU CAN SEE THE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE OF THOSE LIES AND WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.Look under the ‘LINKS’ at the right hand side of this page.
Mark Phillips was yet another stealer of other peoples IP property and during BRL he bought a Granada Viper kit off us and copied it. DMS owned by yet another crook, copied the Viper4 at the same time as BRL was closed. He sold DMS to Barrass and in 1992 I helped Barrass to run his business and let him under licence, build my Viper V8 Jag kits for sale. I also let him use my company name of Classic Replicas (and this was not 1994 as stated but early 1993). In 1995 I bought him out and continued on my own. I am still friends with Barrass and he has far from ‘disappeared’ In fact I talked to him only today.
Slagging off my Sierra model is another example of Eric’s lies as he never ever saw this kit let alone built one and not all that many were sold and I never ever received any complaints about it or any other Viper model EVER!!(until Mr Neantherdal) It was almost the same chassis as the very successful Viper4 but with steel floor. So saying everything was a bad fit is just more lies by someone as you will see was another Busbridge like liar and fantasist looking for praise from others. Funnily enough I built one in a few weeks and it was my demonstrator until I sold it and it received good reviews at the time.
Now our Ken Cook/Viper/Brightwheel/Classic Replicas expert goes on to state that I retired ‘around 1989/1990 which first of all is complete news to me as it was in 2002 I retired through a heart attack brought on by all the hassle I got because of Busbridge and his actions and lies.(I bet the really loved that when he heard)
It doesn’t fit in, in anycase with what he says about my actions elsewhere in his fanciful tales. He then has me moving to Spain which never ever happened, I have only been there on holidays and not in 1990, but in 2002/3 and then in 2005.
When I sold my company to Cadini it was sold with all the jigs and TWO sets of body moulds and some existing orders, plus all details of all my past customers so they could supply ongoing parts orders. Cadini were another set of people that had no REAL business or mechanical expertise, hence why they never even got it going and off the ground, despite my offer to help them in every way. That is why it died and has remained dead as Adrian Percival was yet another dreamer who quickly sold the business to its present owner who, whilst he has built some kits and cars has not enough money or time to run a full blown Cobra manufacturing business. I remain in contact with him and would help him in any way should he want it. He lives quite near to my engineer cousin who I visit regularly because of our mutual interest in all to do with cars and their design and all to do with classic cars which I am still involved in. So I see him from time to time or email him(the current owner)

NOW TO ERIC’S HISTORY WITH ME AND THE VIPER:-
He came to me some time in the mid 1990’s when I was helping Barras. He had bought a second hand Viper V8 and he did not like the standard to which it had been built. As he lived not far from my daughter in law in High Wycombe and I used to visit him and I gave him much technical help to rebuild it to his way and standards. I also saw him at various shows and I was friendly with him and told him quite a lot about the past history I had with the Viper and my problems with Cobretti. I thought he was a kind of friend.(shows you how you simply cannot trust anyone these days!!) I also sold him a number of parts. Then I lost track of him until some years later he comes onto the gossip columns of the Cobra Club, slagging me off and the quality of the Viper kit etc etc. WHAT A COMPLETE ASSHOLE!! He says he has experience of building a Viper kit. HE IS A LIAR JUST LIKE BUSBRIDGE. He has never built a complete Viper car, only pissed around with bits he changed on that car he bought.
All the remarks about the Viper kit being “The most controversial Cobra” and “most difficult to build” what utter crap. Why is it controversial??
Only because of the things Busbridge has done and said and the backing of that utter shithole who owns Kitcar rag. It is no more difficult to build than any other Cobra kit and I have built most of the other makes at some time or other. The rolling chassis is a doddle and it is only the fitting of the body that requires some expertise and common sense as the way I designed i, meant that it would end up being fitted in such a way that would take longer but would be actually part of the chassis being bonded to it in places, so much stronger than any other Cobra as it is bonded onto the chassis in many places. Now the fact is that I have had that kit made, NO PROBLEM, by hundreds of people from all walks of life. Not mechanics or engineer but dustmen, car mechanics, office workers and so on.Engineers have told me they thought it brilliant and had no problems whatsoever. I very rarely ever got rung by my customers for help and my build up manual was said by a kit car magazine (not Kitcar of course) to be the best going at that time (mid 90’s).
The truth is that many in the Cobra Club and so on, are as I’ve said…Wankers who have to join a club of sorts so they can gossip like washer women and get told by others how they should do things…because they have no expertise or CONFIDENCE to be able to work out anything themselves!! THEN THEY ARE ONLY TOO HAPPY TO JOIN IN WITH THE EXTREME WANKERS AND TROLLS AND INDULGING IN THE WAY TROLLS LIKE TO RUBBISH EVERYONE ETC ETC.

Cobretti Engineering still lying.

I see that these days this thieving man Busbridge doesn’t seem to be very active as he doesn’t seem to be attending shows and his advertising is spasmodic. Yet in this months Kitcar, that rag operated and owned by Busbridge’s mate in crime, he is advertising.
Yet his cheek still knows no bounds as he is still lying through his back teeth by still carrying the advert that states ‘If it aint broke don’t fix it’ This implies to the unwary that Busbridge has designed such a good Cobra Replica and 20 odd years ago that is so good it doesn’t even need to be updated. When of course if you have read ALL this blog, YOU WILL KNOW THAT THE VIPER WAS DESIGNED BY ME AND MY EMPLOYEES AND THAT WAS IN 1986 LONG BEFORE BUSBRIDGE GOT INVOLVED IN KITCARS, when he became my agent.
The truth is that if he were capable of designing anything he would long ago have designed an up to date Cobra replica using more modern donor cars. Of course he is so thick he couldn’t design a rabbit box. He will tho’, try to have you believe he also designed a Cortina based Viper, but that was my design again and then a Sierra kit which he got someone else to design.

Just been looking at the Cobra Club forum and have several comments to make about what some of their members say about me.
Firstly let me say that I have always believed that men who join car clubs are mostly tossers, somewhat like a bunch of stupid gossipy women talking crap all the time. That aside the vile comments made about me also show that many of the men? who make vacuous snide comments about me are typical of people in the UK these days and you see them on various blogs and places where they can hide behind their computers and make comments that they would not have the balls to make to a persons face.
Not one of these tossers have ever met me, they know nothing about me as a person, yet they are all ‘experts’ on me. They all condone criminality because by taking the side of Busbridge what they are doing in effect is saying that any person can steal another persons intellectual property, that is designs that others have made, or books or videos or songs etc they have created, and this is all quite OK. Steal what you like and if the person or persons or company that has had IP stolen off them, complains and complains strongly in no uncertain terms, they are the ones who should be vilified and not the criminal stealer.
I do not count myself as a Brit because as far as I am concerned most Brit men these days are wimps
and so when they are faced with someone like me that will react strongly when they have had their lives and businesses ruined by a conman, they have no empathy for that person and in fact despise him or her for being strong enough to not lie down and let it go. They would not dare say what they say on a forum to that persons face as they are cowards and they hide behind silly names they call themslves. They are so warped that they side with the criminals rather than the victims of the criminals. It seems to me that they hate anyone who has the go and the guts to stand up for themselves against the acts of criminals and have no fear of saying what they actually think of them or tossers on forums.
What cowards and assholes these Cobra Club tossers are, who make these adverse and untrue comments about me and the fact that I am trying to get justice, so my actions to get justice come under the heading of ‘unedifying’ Yet the criminal actions of Busbridge are seemingly not ‘unedifying’ Also it appears that I am also being described as ‘eccentric’ because I dare to defend myself and my honour.
LET ME BE BRUTALLY HONEST ABOUT SOME MEMBERS OF THE COBRA CLUB. ANYONE WHO BUYS A KITCAR IS BY THAT ACT SOMEONE WHO HASN’T THE BRAINS OR ABILITY TO BUILD A CAR THEMSELVES LET ALONE JUST GET ON WITH IT THEMSELVES. NO THEY HAVE TO JOIN A ‘CLUB’ SO THEY CAN LEAN ON OTHERS AND WAFFLE STUPIDLY ON FORUMS LIKE A LOAD OF OLD GOSSIPY WASHER WOMEN. They also show that most are nothing more than a nasty bunch of assholes who have no guts.
As for myself I have had a life of inventing all manner of goods that I have gone on to manufacture.
I am a trained engineer who has designed many things including 15 models of power boats to 35feet in length. Several small sailing boats, canoes in fiberglass in the early 60’s, before any fibreglass canoes could be bought in the UK and a number of kitcars in tghe 80’s including a Lamborghini Replica, a Moke replica, a Mini Countryman Replica, and four different models of Cobra Replicas. Not to mention a whole range of hand crafted leathergoods in the 70’s and the UK’s first artificial Christmas trees in the early 60’s. How many of these assholes who have denigrated me over the past 5 odd years have ever designed anything, I ask. How many have the guts to face me in person and say what they think because even at 71, they will be surprised at what my reaction would be.

Now back to my fight against Mr Criminal himself……BUSBRIDGE. Once again and with the help of his Siamese twin, non other than Mr Tanner himself, we have yet another load of lies in the 2012 issue of Tanners Kitcar manual of manufacturers. (It is funny that many of the real assholes in life that I have met in my various businesses around the World, and I have met a number, have all been small men like Tanner and Busbridge, they could be twins and they obviously love each other because tanner helps out Busbridge with all these lies he prints in his ragmag.They are usually ugly as hell just like these two wankers. I think being like this gives them a chip on their shoulder so they go off in life seeing how nasty they can be in business.
Reading through the HUGE writeup on Cobretti I see all the usual lies that I described that were in the 2011 issue, are being repeated. I will not go into them again as you can see my remarks and my pointing them all out in my previous posts.
However I want to pose to you these comments; Do you not think it odd that this bloke Busbridge who has been selling copies of my kitcar the VIPER since 1992, which is now for 20 years, whenever he gets a writeup or does any written comments of his own on the car/kit, he always has to refer to my old company of Brightwheel Ltd and Brightwheel Replicas Ltd. Making references to how he allegedly was able to carry on making the Viper after Brightwheel stopped trading in 1989. However as I have said before he NEVER tells you that when I stopped trading with BRL in 1989 I immediately carried on making the Viper under the company name of CLASSIC REPLICAS(until 2002) and that he was my agent until he copied the product in 1992. He makes it appear that he legitimately was able to ‘Just like that’ carry on making what another company had designed and made. No mention of having bought the rights or any other legitimate means of being able to make his copies. No one seems to ever ask themselves this question or be in the slightest bit bothered by all the lies.
HE DOES ALL THIS TO TRY AND MAKE IT SEEM HE HAS A LEGITIMATE RIGHT TO HAVE DONE WHAT HE HAS DONE AND IT REALLY JUST SHOWS HE IS GUILTY OF STEALING MY IP AND MY PRODUCT, BECAUSE IF HE HAD A LEGITIMATE RIGHT TO IT HE WOULD NOT NEED TO KEEP HARPING ON ABOUT HOW HE CAME TO BE ABLE TO CARRY ON MAKING MY PRODUCT. HE WOULD NOT EVEN MENTION BRIGHTWHEEL OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THE PAST AND 20 YEARS AGO, HE WOULD JUST TALK ABOUT THE PRODUCT.IT JUST SHOWS HE HAS A GUILTY CONSCIENCE. (I SAY MY PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS I THAT DESIGNED AND MADE THE PRODUCT AND NOT SOME COMPANY, AS NO COMPANY CAN DESIGN OR MAKE ANYTHING. ONLY PEOPLE CAN DO THAT….OBVIOUSLY.)

Of course he again waffles on with his lies about how he stopped Chrysler from using the Viper name, when he did no such thing as it was me that did that at my expense. Then the lies about how the lawyers made a load of money when no lawyers on my side were ever involved as I used a Patent Agent and not an expensive lawyer. ANOTHER thought for you to ponder on in 2012. I have slagged off this lying criminal,the Busbridge asshole, for some years now. In fact since 2008 when I started these blogs. Has he ever made any effort to sue me for slander, you should ask yourself……FOR THE ANSWER IS NO, NOT A PEEP AND WHY IS THAT YOU SHOULD WONDER?
I will tell you; IT IS BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT IF I GOT HIM IN A REAL COURT AND NOT SOME PHONEY COURT LIKE THE IPO COURTS WHERE HE COULD LIE AWAY AND CON THOSE IDIOT HEARING OFFICERS, I WOULD DECIMATE HIM IN A REAL COURT. The evidence against him is so strong he has no case to defend, as all I say about him is the truth backed up by reams of evidence.
I WOULD RELISH HIM TRYING TO DO ME FOR SLANDER….BUT THE MAN KNOWS HE WOULD LOSE

I’ve said it many times before that this Busbridge is the Worlds biggest liar who simply cannot tell the truth about anything to do with the kit car he sells and advertises. I downloaded his brochure page out of curiosity and once more the Public are once more being fed a non stop diet of lies.

Firstly he says he was involved with 16 years of ‘irritating legal issues’ with Chrysler over their using the same trademark of ‘VIPER’ What a LIE this is, as he was NEVER involved in ANY LEGAL ISSUES OR ACTIONS with them. It was I who took them through legal actions which I PAID FOR, TO STOP THEM USING MY TRADE MARK VIPER and it was I that won in 1998 and was awarded registration of the trade mark I had been using since Jan 1986. It was I that forced them to stop using the T/M Viper on their car and forced them to call it SRT10. Yet here we have Mr Liar telling you that was all down to him.
ARE YOU WILLING TO RISK DOING BUSINESS WITH SUCH A LIAR AND OF COURSE I CAN PROVE ALL THAT I SAY WITH DOCUMENTATION WHICH YOU CAN SEE ON MY BLOG ‘bewareincompetentcivilservants’. Ask him to PROVE what he says. Of course as you will know if you have read all of this blog he went on to tell hundreds more lies to con the IPO into taking away my T/M and giving it to him.
Well apart from that, it still is a 100% FACT that the car which he sells in kit form was designed by me in 1985/1986 with my company BRIGHTWHEEL LTD. (Not BRIGHTWHEEL REPLICAS) as he would have it. He will tell you more lies that it was designed by another crook wo was remarkedly similar to Busbridge. The TRUTH is that this crook was employed by me to HELP me design certain aspects of the chassis to my requirements and I and my son and foreman helped in that AND it was all done in my workshop.
He started copying my car in 1992 and by my reckoning that means he has been at it for 20 years and NOT 23 YEARS!! So more lies. Of course had I been rich he would have been sued off the Earth back in 1992. Unfortunatley I wasn’t and am not even now. Less so now after 20 years of his thieving my designs etc and taking away my profits thatI was due from my designs.
Third lie is it is descended from the Sheldonhurst Cobra. How can it be when the Sheldonhurst was a chassis designed to take Ford Granada running gear and my design was for my chassis to take Jaguar XJ6 running gear!!!!! A totally different chassis. Even the body is not the same as the Sheldonhurst and even the wide wheel arches are not the exact same shape as the Sheldonhurst, Yes they both have wide arches but does that mean they are EXACTLY the same?? No and if you take all the other Cobra replicas on the market…they all have narrower arches, but each one of them is slightly different.(if you understand my argument on that??) In fact I sold my Viper with narrower arches as well, so what about that liar Busbridge??
Of course he does not tell you that AFTER 1989 he was my agent with my new company CLASSIC REPLICAS, that is until in 1992 when he stole all my designs including my Cortina chassis designs. What a lying thief he is. Why did he do this…SIMPLY HE SAW AN OPENING TO CON CHRYSLER INOT THINKING HE OWNED THE T/M AND HE ASKED THEM TO PURCHASE IT FOR A COOL £1/2M. Of course I stopped that and he cannot get over that the THIEF !!!
Then he has the cheek to say he still makes it to the same ‘exacting original standards’ which of course he had NO HAND WHATSOEVER IN DESIGNING AND HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW ME BACK IN 1985/6 WHEN I WAS DOING ALL THE DESIGN WORK.
I would ask you to think about this; If he is such a smart arse why is he still flogging a dead horse by trying to sell you a kit that is 10 years out of date????? The Jag XJ6 as a donor car is hardly still there in huge numbers, as this Jag model is now fetching better money as a classic Jag. If he was so shit hot he would have designed a NEW kit with a more modern and more readily available donor car, like a more recent Jag model or BMW or Mercedes!!
THOSE WHO DOUBT MY WORD SHOULD READ MY BLOG AND THE BOOK ‘JUSTICE DENIED’ THAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FROM MY BLOG AND YOU WILL GET ALL THE REAL FACTS FROM THOSE.
In the meantime you should beware of even contemplating doing business with such a THIEF AND LIAR AS BUSBRIDGE. YOU CAN ALWAYS GET A RESPONSE FROM ME TO SPECIFIC QUESTIONS BY MAKING COMMENTS ON THIS BLOG OR ‘BEWAREINCOMPETENTCIVILSERVANTS’ BLOG However I will not respond to stupid comments or questions.
Of course I am fervently hoping that the economy ruins him as who can afford to build kit cars these days as they are an extreme expensive luxury. So do not waste your money lads. That’s my advice.

This rat Busbridge’s ego knows no bounds. I thought I would check to see if the little shit has a Facebook entry and sure enough there is an entry with no less than a ‘pose’ photo of the little copying bastard posing in front of two Cobra Replicas, which are of course his copies of MY VIPER!!
So he is telling the World…..”Look at me, aren’t a clever little bastard, because these are two cars I designed and made, so doesn’t that make me good??”
Sometimes I wish I lived in another coutry, one where I could deal out my own retribution to this little shit, without any recourse to myself. For that is what he is only good for and no doubt his own brother would join me in that, for he like me, has been on the end of this conmans criminal acts, which he gets away with, because in the UK only criminals get listened to.
