Cobretti Viper V8 Liars & Crooks

I am now in the interest of showing potential customers of theirs, what a crook this Busbridge is. That he stole my chassis designs and then trade mark. That the Intellectual Property Office believed every lie he told over an 18 year period and over 6 tribunal hearings at the IPO & one County Court hearing. Committed massive acts of perjury and eeven 5 acts of forging documents. The IPO believed every word he said for some inexplicable reason.

Now in 2009 his brother Martin turned up and acted as a witness for the last hearing in 2010. He too had been ripped off by his brother and that says it all about this dispicable individual. He made several witness statements for that last hearing confirming all I had said. I am attaching here the most important statement which will show you the true facts and don’t forget, this is his brother who is confirming all his criminal actions even tho’ he too was involved. Why would he lie??  and you can make your own judgement. Unfortunately Martin died in 2012 from Motor Neurone desease, so is not here to add his pennyworth.

I am also attaching photos of my chassis taken during the Brightwheel period and after, so you can compare his copy from the photos he shows on his website. You will see that apart from a few minor changes made to the footwells fronts but all the rest is identical. And makes claims the design is so good he does’nt need to change it. That shows what a cheeky liar he is.

The second rusty chassis was one I fabricated in Germany in 1991. AGAIN BEFORE BUSBRIDGE COPIED IT. If you look carefully at his copy and mine you will see it is to all intents IDENTICAL.

The main thing to understand that superstructure is not the most important when considering copying as it is the main chassis rails and how all the suspension of Jaguar that is connected to that chassis, that matters. One can alter slightly the superstructure as he has done and that does not alter how the Jaguar donor parts are able to attach to the chassis. Nor how the body is able to also be attached.

SO DO YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A MAN WHO CAUSED HIS BROTHER TO LOSE HIS HOUSE, SO THAT THE COMPANY BUSBRIDGE WAS MANAGING COULD CARRY ON, (as it was running out of money) BUT STILL WASTED THAT MONEY (he was running the office side of Cobretti and thus in charge of money matters) – MEANING THE BANK TOOK THE HOUSE AND THAT CAUSED MARTINS MARRIAGE TO BREAK DOWN AS WELL. THEN HE STEALS MARTINS HALF OF THE ASSETS OF THE BUSINESS AND DON’T FORGET THAT THEY BOTH CONSPIRED IN 1990/1991 TO STEAL MY BUSINESS. NICE PEOPLE, BUT BOB IS THE WORST AND HE IS STILL PROFITING FROM HIS CRIMINAL ACTIONS. DO YOU WANT TO AID AND ABET HIM BY BUYING OFF HIM???

 

 

 

Cobretti ViperV8

It has been a full two years since I last posted about this liar and arch crook, Busbridge. I see on his website, which I thought I’d have another look to see if he was still up to all his lying. Well of course you can never stop a pathological liar, especially one who through his lies is able to make a living off those lies.

Looking at his brochure I can see brazen photos of the Jaguar based chassis that I designed together with my son and with the help of an engineeer I paid to help. A chassis that I over the next 6 years made improvements to as I built many full cars and could see these improvements were needed.

It can be clearly seen on his photos that it is a copy of my chassis and apart from a few minor alterations like sloping the fronts of the footwells, all the rest it entirely the same. So not only is the design copied but of course so is the trade name he applies to it. That of ‘Viper’, for this is the name I called my Cobra replica starting in January 1986, long before I even had the mistfortune to meet this crook and take him and his brother on as my London agents. And that was the start of him conniving and scheming to steal my business.As soon as he knew that Chrysler were applying to register Viper, he approached them and asked £500,000 for the trade mark name ‘Viper’saying he owned it. ( I sucessfully took on Chrysler and won registration, which then was taken off me due to Busbridges lies which the IPO believed and I not being able to fun a High Court appeal action, could do nothing.

I can see he is still trying to hide his theft which happened in 1991 when I running my business under the name of Classic Replicas after having had the previous business Brightwheel closed down due to partnership problems. He does this by trying to have you belive that he was able to start selling his copy as if by magic accompnied of course by lies. He would have you believe that his Cobra copy originates from only a company called Sheldonhurst, whose Cobra Replica was carried on by Brightwheel. Whilst it is true that Brightwheel did carry on making the Sheldonhurst Cobra (with their OK) that at the end of 1985 when Sheldonhurst shut their business down.  What he does hide is that the Sheldonhurst Cobra was only Granada based and my Jaguar based Cobra was an entirely new designed chassis which obviously due to the complete difference in the front and rear suspension between the two cars, meant that the Jaguar chassis had to be obviously a lot different.

By doing this sleight of hand he makes it appear that somehow he was legally allowed to copy the replica that Brightwheel was making and selling to Sept 1989. Completely missing out that from then to April 1991 he was carrying on acting as my London agent for my new company ‘Classic Replicas’. I then went to switzerland to make a racing Cobra for my Swiss agent and whilst my back was turned he did the dastardly act of stealing my designs, trade mark Viper and business.

Of course being the arch, pathological liar he was during the many tribunal hearings from 1992 to 2010 when he massively lied all the way and those civil service idiots believed every word of his.  He even lied that he was able to legally copy and use my trade mark because when Brightwheel closed THEY owed him money, so this was how he got that money. Now think about that, will you. He was my agent so how did I OWE HIM MONEY?? For an agent would always owe the company, money for sales they made of that companies products. For I never gave him those kits to sell, for free…he had to pay for them! Yet the IPO believed all that.

I have said in previous posts that this Jaguar XJ6 based kit is now 15 years out of date as those cars are collectors items, fetching good money and hardly a cheap donor car to now use. Because he has no ability as a designer and can only copy other people, he is unable to design a modern alternative kit using more modern donor parts. The same goes for his Sierra based kit if he is still flogging that too. For to pay and engineering company to come up with TWO new designs would cost a bomb, so he sticks to these old out of date designs when everyone else in the industry has moved on years ago.

What I am going to do is in my next post which will be soon, I will include photos of my chassis and alongside a photo of his. The photos of my chassis were all taken just after Brightwheel closed and one taken in 1991 in Germany (the year he stole the design and long after Brightwheel closed.) Also I will include a copy of the sworn statement his brother made to the 2010 tribunal hearing when he confirmed that Robert his brother copied and stole my trade mark and my designs. You can then decide who is telling the truth.

And if I am lying, why doesn’t Busbridge take me to court for this and calling him a crook and a criminal, which if he wasn’t, it would be slander etc.? Which of course he never has.

Cobretti Engineering Hyne the Liar

Ian Hyne that arch lying writer for the rag mag Kitcar, is still peddling his never ending lies about his bosom pal Busbridge. He sucks up to this crook with outrageous lies on a monumental scale that one wonders just how close they are? Maybe BUSBRIDGE GIVES HIM FREE BLOWJOBS FOR ALL THE LIES TOLD ON HIS BEHALF???
In the current year book of all the kitcars on the UK market by Kitcar, there is the usual three page plus job written by liar Hyne praising the Viper that Hyne knows full well was never designed by Busbridge AND THAT THE TRADE MARK VIPER WAS STOLEN BY THE HUMONGOUS LIAR BUSBRIDGE IN 2010. Hyne knows me from back in 1985 when I first met him. He test drove my first Viper Jag based demo car in 1986 when I was operating my then company Brightwheel Ltd and this was before Busbridge ever came onto the kitcar scene, then as my London agent. (NOTE THAT THIS WAS NOT BRIGHTWHEEL REPLICAS LTD which came into being in early 1987) SO HE KNOWS FULL WELL the history of the Viper and who brought it onto the market and who owned any rights to it and the Trade Mark.
So what does he do? He goes on in that article to state once more, ad nauseum, how Busbridge claims he was able to pinch my designs and trade mark which he knows is ALL LIES.(ask yourself why in every article he does on Busbridge, they always have to peddle these lies about he was legally able to steal my rights from me and this shows they are just trying to justify their illegal activities which they know some, who know kitcar history will wonder about) He also states that Busbridge was able to stop Chrysler (HE STATES GM AND THIS SHOWS HE IS A BAD LIAR AND KNOWS LITTLE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CAR MAKERS, AS IT WAS NEVER GM AT ALL)from registering Viper as a trade mark in the UK, with legal action. He has done this before as you will know, if you have read all of this blog.
NOW THE TRUTH IS AS I HAVE REPEATED BEFORE, IT WAS I, FROM 1991 THROUGH TO 2002 WHO SPENT THOUSANDS OF MY MONEY TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CHRYSLER AND WAS GRANTED REGISTRATION HAVING PROVED MY OWNERSHIP.
To show the truth here are the decision documents of the Intellectual Property Office Court in 1988 giving me registration and also the actual registration document which was eventually given me by the IPO in 2002 after I eventually saw off Chrsyler and I will also post the actual letter from Chrysler stating they were giving up their claim. That will blow all of Busbridge/Hyne lies, out of the water for good.
Now of course after that Busbridge successfully lied and perjured his way through no less than 8 IPO hearings and a County Court action when he tried to have me imprisoned (unsuccessful) and eventually somehow the IPO believed all his lies and took my registration off me. Had I been rich I would have sued him and the IPO way back and put a stop to all the lies of Busbridge.
However I was not rich and after I suffered a massive heart attack in 2002 from all the strain I decided to not spend all the time and effort in order to keep all the hassle up. So I retired and whilst I continued to fight this was mostly carried out by myself against the partiality of the IPO, who it seems thought they should after giving me registration, then go on to do absolutely everything they could to snatch it back.That makes you wonder what they were all about.

ALL THOSE OF YOU CONTEMPLATING EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK BUSBRIDGE SHOULD THINK AGAIN AND DO NOT FORGET THAT THIS IS ALSO A BLOKE WHO STOLE FROM HIS BROTHER Martin, HIS PART OF THE BUSINESS AND THEN WENT ON TO ALSO STEAL HIS BROTHERS SHARE OF THEIR PARENTS ESTATE. WHAT AN UTTER SHIT HE IS!!!!

Lastly Liar Hyne states that Busbridge has built over 200 cars. A BAREFACED LIE WHICH IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT WOULD MEAN HE WOULD HAVE HAD TO BUILD OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS AT LEAST 10 CARS SINGLE HANDED ABSOLUTELY EVERY YEAR……AN IMPOSSIBILITY AND AT ODDS WITH WHAT HYNE STATES ELSEWHERE IN HIS LYING ARTICLE….THAT COBRETTI IS A ‘LOW KEY ENTERPRISE ETC’ Plus he lies again about the Viper design having come from the Sheldonhurst Cobra (I was their agent for about three months max, to the time they went out of business about Nov 1985,) Tellingly he doesn’t tell you that the Sheldonhurst was a Granada based chassis and my Viper Cobra was a Jag based Cobra replica with a TOTALLY DIFFERENT CHASSIS AND A BODY THAT HAD MANY DIFFERENCES FROM THE OLD SHELDONHURST ONE.

Cobretti Engineering still lying.

I see that these days this thieving man Busbridge doesn’t seem to be very active as he doesn’t seem to be attending shows and his advertising is spasmodic. Yet in this months Kitcar, that rag operated and owned by Busbridge’s mate in crime, he is advertising.
Yet his cheek still knows no bounds as he is still lying through his back teeth by still carrying the advert that states ‘If it aint broke don’t fix it’ This implies to the unwary that Busbridge has designed such a good Cobra Replica and 20 odd years ago that is so good it doesn’t even need to be updated. When of course if you have read ALL this blog, YOU WILL KNOW THAT THE VIPER WAS DESIGNED BY ME AND MY EMPLOYEES AND THAT WAS IN 1986 LONG BEFORE BUSBRIDGE GOT INVOLVED IN KITCARS, when he became my agent.
The truth is that if he were capable of designing anything he would long ago have designed an up to date Cobra replica using more modern donor cars. Of course he is so thick he couldn’t design a rabbit box. He will tho’, try to have you believe he also designed a Cortina based Viper, but that was my design again and then a Sierra kit which he got someone else to design.
WHAT A CROOK!! AND YOU THINK TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CREEP??

Cobretti Engineering The Cobra Club

Just been looking at the Cobra Club forum and have several comments to make about what some of their members say about me.
Firstly let me say that I have always believed that men who join car clubs are mostly tossers, somewhat like a bunch of stupid gossipy women talking crap all the time. That aside the vile comments made about me also show that many of the men? who make vacuous snide comments about me are typical of people in the UK these days and you see them on various blogs and places where they can hide behind their computers and make comments that they would not have the balls to make to a persons face.
Not one of these tossers have ever met me, they know nothing about me as a person, yet they are all ‘experts’ on me. They all condone criminality because by taking the side of Busbridge what they are doing in effect is saying that any person can steal another persons intellectual property, that is designs that others have made, or books or videos or songs etc they have created, and this is all quite OK. Steal what you like and if the person or persons or company that has had IP stolen off them, complains and complains strongly in no uncertain terms, they are the ones who should be vilified and not the criminal stealer.
I do not count myself as a Brit because as far as I am concerned most Brit men these days are wimps
and so when they are faced with someone like me that will react strongly when they have had their lives and businesses ruined by a conman, they have no empathy for that person and in fact despise him or her for being strong enough to not lie down and let it go. They would not dare say what they say on a forum to that persons face as they are cowards and they hide behind silly names they call themslves. They are so warped that they side with the criminals rather than the victims of the criminals. It seems to me that they hate anyone who has the go and the guts to stand up for themselves against the acts of criminals and have no fear of saying what they actually think of them or tossers on forums.
What cowards and assholes these Cobra Club tossers are, who make these adverse and untrue comments about me and the fact that I am trying to get justice, so my actions to get justice come under the heading of ‘unedifying’ Yet the criminal actions of Busbridge are seemingly not ‘unedifying’ Also it appears that I am also being described as ‘eccentric’ because I dare to defend myself and my honour.
LET ME BE BRUTALLY HONEST ABOUT SOME MEMBERS OF THE COBRA CLUB. ANYONE WHO BUYS A KITCAR IS BY THAT ACT SOMEONE WHO HASN’T THE BRAINS OR ABILITY TO BUILD A CAR THEMSELVES LET ALONE JUST GET ON WITH IT THEMSELVES. NO THEY HAVE TO JOIN A ‘CLUB’ SO THEY CAN LEAN ON OTHERS AND WAFFLE STUPIDLY ON FORUMS LIKE A LOAD OF OLD GOSSIPY WASHER WOMEN. They also show that most are nothing more than a nasty bunch of assholes who have no guts.
As for myself I have had a life of inventing all manner of goods that I have gone on to manufacture.
I am a trained engineer who has designed many things including 15 models of power boats to 35feet in length. Several small sailing boats, canoes in fiberglass in the early 60’s, before any fibreglass canoes could be bought in the UK and a number of kitcars in tghe 80’s including a Lamborghini Replica, a Moke replica, a Mini Countryman Replica, and four different models of Cobra Replicas. Not to mention a whole range of hand crafted leathergoods in the 70’s and the UK’s first artificial Christmas trees in the early 60’s. How many of these assholes who have denigrated me over the past 5 odd years have ever designed anything, I ask. How many have the guts to face me in person and say what they think because even at 71, they will be surprised at what my reaction would be.

I HAVE PUT THESE REMARKS ON MY COBRETTI BLOG AS THE COBRA CLUB PEOPLE WHO RUN THE VACUOUS SITE HAVE’NT THE BALLS TO LET ME PUT MY DEFENCE OF MYSELF ON THEIR POXY SITE AND SEEING AS ONE HARD KNOCK MR SENIOR MEMBER, ‘LONDON’ HAS KINDLY PUT A LINK TO THIS BLOG…..HERE IT IS!!

Now back to my fight against Mr Criminal himself……BUSBRIDGE. Once again and with the help of his Siamese twin, non other than Mr Tanner himself, we have yet another load of lies in the 2012 issue of Tanners Kitcar manual of manufacturers. (It is funny that many of the real assholes in life that I have met in my various businesses around the World, and I have met a number, have all been small men like Tanner and Busbridge, they could be twins and they obviously love each other because tanner helps out Busbridge with all these lies he prints in his ragmag.They are usually ugly as hell just like these two wankers. I think being like this gives them a chip on their shoulder so they go off in life seeing how nasty they can be in business.
Reading through the HUGE writeup on Cobretti I see all the usual lies that I described that were in the 2011 issue, are being repeated. I will not go into them again as you can see my remarks and my pointing them all out in my previous posts.
However I want to pose to you these comments; Do you not think it odd that this bloke Busbridge who has been selling copies of my kitcar the VIPER since 1992, which is now for 20 years, whenever he gets a writeup or does any written comments of his own on the car/kit, he always has to refer to my old company of Brightwheel Ltd and Brightwheel Replicas Ltd. Making references to how he allegedly was able to carry on making the Viper after Brightwheel stopped trading in 1989. However as I have said before he NEVER tells you that when I stopped trading with BRL in 1989 I immediately carried on making the Viper under the company name of CLASSIC REPLICAS(until 2002) and that he was my agent until he copied the product in 1992. He makes it appear that he legitimately was able to ‘Just like that’ carry on making what another company had designed and made. No mention of having bought the rights or any other legitimate means of being able to make his copies. No one seems to ever ask themselves this question or be in the slightest bit bothered by all the lies.
HE DOES ALL THIS TO TRY AND MAKE IT SEEM HE HAS A LEGITIMATE RIGHT TO HAVE DONE WHAT HE HAS DONE AND IT REALLY JUST SHOWS HE IS GUILTY OF STEALING MY IP AND MY PRODUCT, BECAUSE IF HE HAD A LEGITIMATE RIGHT TO IT HE WOULD NOT NEED TO KEEP HARPING ON ABOUT HOW HE CAME TO BE ABLE TO CARRY ON MAKING MY PRODUCT. HE WOULD NOT EVEN MENTION BRIGHTWHEEL OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THE PAST AND 20 YEARS AGO, HE WOULD JUST TALK ABOUT THE PRODUCT.IT JUST SHOWS HE HAS A GUILTY CONSCIENCE. (I SAY MY PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS I THAT DESIGNED AND MADE THE PRODUCT AND NOT SOME COMPANY, AS NO COMPANY CAN DESIGN OR MAKE ANYTHING. ONLY PEOPLE CAN DO THAT….OBVIOUSLY.)

Of course he again waffles on with his lies about how he stopped Chrysler from using the Viper name, when he did no such thing as it was me that did that at my expense. Then the lies about how the lawyers made a load of money when no lawyers on my side were ever involved as I used a Patent Agent and not an expensive lawyer. Of course all this is documented with the documentary evidence in my other blog ‘bewareincompetentcivilservants.blogspot’

I ASK YOU…ARE YOU HAPPY TO BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS LIAR TELLS YOU AND TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM????

ANOTHER thought for you to ponder on in 2012. I have slagged off this lying criminal,the Busbridge asshole, for some years now. In fact since 2008 when I started these blogs. Has he ever made any effort to sue me for slander, you should ask yourself……FOR THE ANSWER IS NO, NOT A PEEP AND WHY IS THAT YOU SHOULD WONDER?
I will tell you; IT IS BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT IF I GOT HIM IN A REAL COURT AND NOT SOME PHONEY COURT LIKE THE IPO COURTS WHERE HE COULD LIE AWAY AND CON THOSE IDIOT HEARING OFFICERS, I WOULD DECIMATE HIM IN A REAL COURT. The evidence against him is so strong he has no case to defend, as all I say about him is the truth backed up by reams of evidence.
I WOULD RELISH HIM TRYING TO DO ME FOR SLANDER….BUT THE MAN KNOWS HE WOULD LOSE

Happy New Year and if you are in the market for a Cobra Replica kit, fo Gods sake buy any kit other than a Viper and deal with someone who is honest and thus do yourself a big favour.

Cobretti Engineering & brochure with more lies.

Looking at the brochure that can be found on the Cobretti Engineering website, you again see what a pathalogical liar Busbridge is. He simply cannot stop telling lies. He says that he has been supplying the so called Cobretti Viper for nearly 20 years after taking over the manufacturing of the Viper from Brightwheel Replicas. For those of you who have been following this blog and my other blog ‘I am raging mad’ you will know that when my company was forced by my partners to close, as I owned the copyright to the chassis design and the Trade Mark Viper, I was able to start a new company Classic Replicas, to continue from September 1989 the manufacture of my Cobra the Viper.
I took on Busbridge as my agent along with his brother. At the end of 1991/ beginning 1992 the Busbridges stole my copyrights and the Trade Mark Viper. So from 1992 all the cars/kits Busbridge made are copies of my car. Not being rich I could not stop him legally, even though I tried to do this through the Intellectual Property Office.
He being the pathological and accomplished liar he is, he lied his way to being able to also steal my trade mark from me as the IPO believed him and not me. Well this is par for the course in the UK now as it happens all the time. Crooks get believed and law abiding citizens are not believed.
Now in this brochure of his which is a new venture, he repeats all the lies of before. He refers to how great and strong my design is, (he does not say it is mine but alludes it belonged to Brightwheel Replicas, but omits to say that I designed it before Brightwheel Replicas started when I had my very own company called ‘Brightwheel’) but then he would would’nt he? In fact the design belonged to me and not the company, as I did all that work and paid for it with my own money and not Brightwheels. Of course he does not know that as he did not even know me then or what went on within that company, nor even the later company of Brightwheel Replicas. (Something he had to admit in Court in 2000)
Then he lies again when he alludes to this strength of chassis design by referring to a crash between, he says a Cobretti Viper and a Landrover. The lie being that the car in question was built from a Brightwheel Viper in 1988/89 and not from the copy called Cobretti Viper, which to remind you did not start being sold until after Jan 1992 when he had completed his copy of my car. Are you with me?
Any fool with half a brain would realise that his constant referring to a supposed connection of the Cobretti Viper to the Brightwheel cars and business etc, paints a picture of someone trying to cover up for his copying by trying to lay a trail that seems legit. He misses out any mention of Classic Replicas and that he for nearly two years was my agent, because to do so would lose him credibilty as to how he was able to suddenly go from being the agent for Classic Replicas to then being a manufacturer for the exact same car.
Then he also mixes in porkies about the Cobretti being a carry on of the Sheldonhurst Cobra which is complete bollocks as their car was Granada based and my Viper is Jaguar based so the chassis is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!
The whole brochure is a figment of his imagination and I urge you not to believe a word of it. In the near future (within a few months) I will show everyone just how he has lied…irrefutably. So keep reading this blog and the sister blog (I am raging mad)as all the documents on that blog as attachments, show documention of him buying Viper kits off me.

The promised link is now open and you can now see all the proof of my assertions I have made about this lying crook for some time now. If anyone doubts he copied my chassis just leave a comment requesting proof and I will publish on this blog, photos of my chassis taken back in 1992 and 93 possibly even earlier and then I will show you the latest photo of his upto date chassis. In fact you can see his latest chassis photos on his website. It is clear that he has copied it as it is exactly the same, and in anycase he boasts that he “hasn’t changed it as it is so good” or “If it aint broke-don’t fix it” All he has done is made a few cosmetic changes to the super structure which means nothing as it is the main chassis at floor level from back to front, that matters. How the Jag gear affixes to the chassis and not super structures that can be made slightly differently to suit various engines and size of drivers.

Just a wake up call to LIARMAN or should I call him CONMAN?? I am still here and watching you and quietly working away to get you in the end. Due to the fact we live in a country where anything that has to rely on the authorities means waiting for ever for results. One avenue I am pursuing I know will take a long time, but if I can only get the bastards to act, it will be worth it as it will cook his goose.

Then there is another avenue that I have spent some months on, that will also eventually get him.
On top of that shortly I will get yet another avenue going which could also give me a result. So all in all I am keeping busy keeping the heat on this lying, evil bastard, conman.
And you the Public are seemingly carrying on believing his lies and on the question of his lies, here is yet another way he is pulling the wool over the public’s eyes.

This concerns his latest advert in Kitcar ragmag. Of course the execrable owner of that shit ragmag, one Tanner the ‘orrible who is a big mate of Liarman, (liars sticking together) helps him tell his porkies in his ragmag. In an advert showing what stand he will be on at the Exeter kitcar show says that the Cobretti Viper (another lie as it is really a Brightwheel or Classic Replicas Viper or copy of) is a descendent of the Sheldonhurst Cobra. Shows what Liarman knows about anything for that car was a Granada based car and my Viper from 1986 on (he copied the Viper in 1992) was a Jaguar based car. I designed a totally different chassis as was the body for that and the Granada version.

Then he says that it has been in production since 1987 or in other words for 23 years, when in 1987 he wasn’t even involved in Cobras as he had only approached me end of 1987 asking me to make him an agent. So gullible folks he is lying, whatever he tells you.

Then in his own monthly advert on another page, he lies again (REALLY HE IS A PATHOLOGICAL AND HABITUAL LIAR WHO IS SICK IN THE HEAD.) For here he says, as if he designed this marvellous kit he sells, that the design is so good that he has never had to change the design in all these years. He takes some beating this turd.
ARE YOU REALLY HAPPY BUYING ANYTHING OFF SOMEONE WHO LIES SO MUCH, FOR WHAT IT REALLY MEANS IS THAT EVERY CLAIM HE MAKES FOR HIS KIT HE IS TRYING TO FLOG YOU, WILL BE A LIE.

If you look at the Ragmag, Kitcar yearly guide you will see under Cobretti, pictures of the chassis and apart from a few cosmetic changes, it is identical to pictures I have of my chassis design and pictures taken before he even first met me.

Even though the IPO showed they were unwilling to engage in justice, by
finding yet again for “Mr Liar” and I cannot afford to waste any more money I haven’t got, on fighting this lying, copying, asshole. However Liar need not think he is now in the clear as there are still many ways I can and will carry on, to get justice and to expose the IPO for what they are
and of course get justice against Liarman himself.
I am already going down one track which may be fruitful or may not. If it is then he is in for a shock. Then there are still a number of other tracks I can go down and one is nearing completion right now. So Liar need not feel he is now in the clear because he isn’t and the IPO may be his ‘FRIEND’ but others are not. I believe firmly “In truth will always out”
As for the gullible Public well you have been warned many times and you should be aware of this man’s history.

Cobretti Engineering update.

First of all I want to point out yet another Busbridge lie and here you only have to look at the entry of his website which is above my blog entry. Headed ‘The Cobretti Viper has been available for nearly 20 years now’ When you consider that it was mid 1991 when I went to Switzerland to build one of MY Vipers there, and he took my absence to STEAL my UK business and my designs and trade mark, then it took him until at least early 1992 before he could copy the chassis jigs and the body moulds, that means that his copy which he calls the Cobretti Viper
has only mean available for sale for 18 years. This man will lie through his back teeth to try and make it look a longer period that he has been selling a fake Viper!!!
Now to the outcome of the hearing. I only got the decision from the IPO a month ago, and as I thought would happen, did happen. The IPO ignored all the legal arguments that LIAR should never have been allowed to put in an application to register my mark, in the first place, because he did that unknown to his partner, his brother Martin. Using partnership law he should have also bought his brothers share of Cobretti Engineering when they broke up. He did not do either so he did not legally have right to apply to register. Well of course that did not suit the IPO’s agenda because as I have said many times they have made so many legal gaffs in the past 20 years that to find for me would be tantamount to admitting they have made mistakes. They know that I am itching to sue them and would have done so had I been rich, long ago.
In fact I would have seen off LIAR back in 1992 had I been rich, for passing off and stealing my I/P and breaking the terms of our agency agreement.
So the upshot of it all and despite that I was now for the first time legally represented, the IPO ignored ALL THE EVIDENCE OF HIS BROTHER AND MY LEGAL ARGUMENTS. They just found that as LIAR applied to register the mark before I did, that gave him a right to have it. Despite the fact that I had proved earlier rights to it going back to 1986 and which enabled me to win over Chrysler, which meant the IPO gave me registration. Now I was to be stripped of that and that is tantamount to the IPO having made a mistake in giving it me in the first place. But that is civil servants for you.
What it amounts to is that they have given carte blanche to a criminal
to steal something that is not his and get away with it. Such is British Misjustice. Read my other blog ‘bewareincompetentcivilservants’
and you will see all the details of this monstrous injustice and the behaviour of the IPO.
Of course it is not yet over. Even though I cannot afford to take this to the High Court, just in the same way as I could not afford to do that way back in 2004, when the IPO knocked back my opposition to his registration, when they believed all his lies (all 160+)and found for him. So the crooks win again and the poor lose out through having no recourse to real justice which obviously can only, and maybe, got in a High Court.
Except I have one avenue left open to me and I am taking that right now
and it is not through the IPO….OBVIOUSLY. However I will not say more yet, until I know if I am going to be able to get action from the body I have given a dossier to.
So all you intending Cobra replica buyers I say this. If you feel comfortable buying a ripped off design and trade mark applied to it, from a proven liar, a crook who has committed acts of perjury, forgery, perverting the course of justice, passing off others designs as his own, been a bankrupt, ignored bankruptcy laws, ignored company laws by running limited companies illegally, ripped his brother off over their partnership and stolen his share of their parents estate, and so on, then you go ahead.
Lastly I see on his website and his latest Kit car magazine advert, he boasts that the design of the chassis of the Viper is so good, that he hasn’t changed it as to quote him ‘If it aint broke, don’t fix it’ You could not get more arrogant than that!!What he doesn’t tell you all is that that design is not even his, but he is implying it is, thus breaking the law on misleading advertising.
