Cobretti Engineering and More lies.

God this guy Busbridge as I’ve said ad infinitum is “The Worlds Biggest Liar” and just now Ive seen yet another of his monumental lies.

This time on the net; a story put out by him concerning an article done by that other monumental liar mate of his….one Ian Hyne who poses as a journo. He apparently has done at some time recently (maybe) a write-up about a Cobretti customer and his car.

(Does this customer know that the car he’s driving is a car designed by myself and copied by Busbridge?? Ian Hynne certainly does…..but then as I’ve said he’s a liar too and would not admit who any brownie points should go to.

Now the point I want to make here is the outrageous lie he makes that over 200 cars have been made by this liar…Busbridge!! Now Busbridge started his copying of my Viper Cobra car in 1992. That is 25 years ago and if he made dead on 200 cars that equates to 8 cars a years EVERY year. Given that he has only ever since then worked out of a small garage at his house (now near Gatwick) it is a physical impossbility to make without fail 8 cars every year. So this is yet another gross lie put about by this asshole liar Busbridge and always abetted by Hynne.

Only in this useless country like ours can anyone get away with all this, as I have found out and people who have no conscience will aid all this, by buying from crooks.

Cobretti Viper V8 Liars & Crooks

I am now in the interest of showing potential customers of theirs, what a crook this Busbridge is. That he stole my chassis designs and then trade mark. That the Intellectual Property Office believed every lie he told over an 18 year period and over 6 tribunal hearings at the IPO & one County Court hearing. Committed massive acts of perjury and eeven 5 acts of forging documents. The IPO believed every word he said for some inexplicable reason.

Now in 2009 his brother Martin turned up and acted as a witness for the last hearing in 2010. He too had been ripped off by his brother and that says it all about this dispicable individual. He made several witness statements for that last hearing confirming all I had said. I am attaching here the most important statement which will show you the true facts and don’t forget, this is his brother who is confirming all his criminal actions even tho’ he too was involved. Why would he lie??  and you can make your own judgement. Unfortunately Martin died in 2012 from Motor Neurone desease, so is not here to add his pennyworth.

I am also attaching photos of my chassis taken during the Brightwheel period and after, so you can compare his copy from the photos he shows on his website. You will see that apart from a few minor changes made to the footwells fronts but all the rest is identical. And makes claims the design is so good he does’nt need to change it. That shows what a cheeky liar he is.

The second rusty chassis was one I fabricated in Germany in 1991. AGAIN BEFORE BUSBRIDGE COPIED IT. If you look carefully at his copy and mine you will see it is to all intents IDENTICAL.

The main thing to understand that superstructure is not the most important when considering copying as it is the main chassis rails and how all the suspension of Jaguar that is connected to that chassis, that matters. One can alter slightly the superstructure as he has done and that does not alter how the Jaguar donor parts are able to attach to the chassis. Nor how the body is able to also be attached.

SO DO YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A MAN WHO CAUSED HIS BROTHER TO LOSE HIS HOUSE, SO THAT THE COMPANY BUSBRIDGE WAS MANAGING COULD CARRY ON, (as it was running out of money) BUT STILL WASTED THAT MONEY (he was running the office side of Cobretti and thus in charge of money matters) – MEANING THE BANK TOOK THE HOUSE AND THAT CAUSED MARTINS MARRIAGE TO BREAK DOWN AS WELL. THEN HE STEALS MARTINS HALF OF THE ASSETS OF THE BUSINESS AND DON’T FORGET THAT THEY BOTH CONSPIRED IN 1990/1991 TO STEAL MY BUSINESS. NICE PEOPLE, BUT BOB IS THE WORST AND HE IS STILL PROFITING FROM HIS CRIMINAL ACTIONS. DO YOU WANT TO AID AND ABET HIM BY BUYING OFF HIM???

 

 

 

Cobretti ViperV8

It has been a full two years since I last posted about this liar and arch crook, Busbridge. I see on his website, which I thought I’d have another look to see if he was still up to all his lying. Well of course you can never stop a pathological liar, especially one who through his lies is able to make a living off those lies.

Looking at his brochure I can see brazen photos of the Jaguar based chassis that I designed together with my son and with the help of an engineeer I paid to help. A chassis that I over the next 6 years made improvements to as I built many full cars and could see these improvements were needed.

It can be clearly seen on his photos that it is a copy of my chassis and apart from a few minor alterations like sloping the fronts of the footwells, all the rest it entirely the same. So not only is the design copied but of course so is the trade name he applies to it. That of ‘Viper’, for this is the name I called my Cobra replica starting in January 1986, long before I even had the mistfortune to meet this crook and take him and his brother on as my London agents. And that was the start of him conniving and scheming to steal my business.As soon as he knew that Chrysler were applying to register Viper, he approached them and asked £500,000 for the trade mark name ‘Viper’saying he owned it. ( I sucessfully took on Chrysler and won registration, which then was taken off me due to Busbridges lies which the IPO believed and I not being able to fun a High Court appeal action, could do nothing.

I can see he is still trying to hide his theft which happened in 1991 when I running my business under the name of Classic Replicas after having had the previous business Brightwheel closed down due to partnership problems. He does this by trying to have you belive that he was able to start selling his copy as if by magic accompnied of course by lies. He would have you believe that his Cobra copy originates from only a company called Sheldonhurst, whose Cobra Replica was carried on by Brightwheel. Whilst it is true that Brightwheel did carry on making the Sheldonhurst Cobra (with their OK) that at the end of 1985 when Sheldonhurst shut their business down.  What he does hide is that the Sheldonhurst Cobra was only Granada based and my Jaguar based Cobra was an entirely new designed chassis which obviously due to the complete difference in the front and rear suspension between the two cars, meant that the Jaguar chassis had to be obviously a lot different.

By doing this sleight of hand he makes it appear that somehow he was legally allowed to copy the replica that Brightwheel was making and selling to Sept 1989. Completely missing out that from then to April 1991 he was carrying on acting as my London agent for my new company ‘Classic Replicas’. I then went to switzerland to make a racing Cobra for my Swiss agent and whilst my back was turned he did the dastardly act of stealing my designs, trade mark Viper and business.

Of course being the arch, pathological liar he was during the many tribunal hearings from 1992 to 2010 when he massively lied all the way and those civil service idiots believed every word of his.  He even lied that he was able to legally copy and use my trade mark because when Brightwheel closed THEY owed him money, so this was how he got that money. Now think about that, will you. He was my agent so how did I OWE HIM MONEY?? For an agent would always owe the company, money for sales they made of that companies products. For I never gave him those kits to sell, for free…he had to pay for them! Yet the IPO believed all that.

I have said in previous posts that this Jaguar XJ6 based kit is now 15 years out of date as those cars are collectors items, fetching good money and hardly a cheap donor car to now use. Because he has no ability as a designer and can only copy other people, he is unable to design a modern alternative kit using more modern donor parts. The same goes for his Sierra based kit if he is still flogging that too. For to pay and engineering company to come up with TWO new designs would cost a bomb, so he sticks to these old out of date designs when everyone else in the industry has moved on years ago.

What I am going to do is in my next post which will be soon, I will include photos of my chassis and alongside a photo of his. The photos of my chassis were all taken just after Brightwheel closed and one taken in 1991 in Germany (the year he stole the design and long after Brightwheel closed.) Also I will include a copy of the sworn statement his brother made to the 2010 tribunal hearing when he confirmed that Robert his brother copied and stole my trade mark and my designs. You can then decide who is telling the truth.

And if I am lying, why doesn’t Busbridge take me to court for this and calling him a crook and a criminal, which if he wasn’t, it would be slander etc.? Which of course he never has.

Cobretti Engineering & Ian Ayre latest article

In my last post I told you he’d written a further lying article about Cobretti and I now have been given it so can relate all the latest lies spouted by this arch liar.

Told the other day that this parasite Ian Ayre who I have written about before is back on the UK scene after I thought he’d gone for good to the States.
Back in the early 90’s when he was writing for various kitcar magazines, mainly I think for Which Kit but could have been for Tanners ‘Kitcar’ he accepted a free copy of my Viper off the crook Busbridge. Of course you never get ‘Owt for Nowt’ and he got it quite plainly so he would write endless articles about how good my car was.Yet he never once had the guts or honesty to admit that what he built was a car that was designed by me and copied by rat Busbridge.
Now he’s at it again and has written an article apparently extolling the Busbridge empire as being an incredibly fantastic outfit. What shits me off is that it looks like Complete Kitcar has featured it in their magazine. If this is the case then it shows that they too are as bad as Tanner was for unmitigated lies, because they know the true story as I told them it way back and even gave them a copy of my book ‘Justice Denied’ which chronicles the whole story in detail.
When I get a copy of this I will report further but in the meantime carry on being wary of doing any business with Cobretti as Busbridge is a liar and a thief and I will highlight all the lies that are told about him and his Cobretti business, founded on intellectual property of mine he stole.

Cobretti Engineering More on the Rat.

Yesterday I was sorting out my papers on my 23 year fight with this crook and came across the papers that I accrued when I decided to attack the bastard, by taking him through the small claims court over his continually misleading the public. This by having copies on his website of magazine articles he’d got his old mate Tanner (who as you now know is another crook, safely ensconced in one of her Majesty’s prisons, to publish in the old Kitcar magazine, now defunct, thank God). This gave the impression that certain cars (Vipers) he shows on this website of his, are cars made by him from kits he manufactured. He also makes claims in these articles boasting about how good the kit and subsequent car made from the kit, is.
What of course he doesn’t tell you is that the cars in question are cars either I made or are cars he made as my agent (before he stole my designs and trade mark in 1991)Or that he had no hand whatsoever in their design.
This is a criminal offence, but of course the Police and the various governmental departments that should have done him for this are not interested and I have never been able to afford to take him to a High Court or even a County Court, myself. So he’s got away with it.
So I hit on the idea to try through the small claims court and duly got up all the papers. However our wonderful justice system then told me that it had to be heard at Croydon Court, when actually the law allows it to be heard in the Plaintiffs Court (Bournemouth) I simply wasn’t going to have that expense of traveling up to London for a two day case, so dropped it for that reason only. Plus I was fast approaching the final hearing in the Intellectual Property Offices court where I had spent my last pennies taking on a lawyer to hopefully and finally be able to get rid of this crook. Had that happened this case would have been a waste of time & effort.
However you may well know by now that throughout my battle for Justice in this rotten land of ours, this crook Busbridge has been able to lie and and lie through all the 7 hearings I have been forced to fight or defend. Every lie he told was believed by the IPO and every statement and piece of evidence I gave was not believed. Quite how he was able to do this is a mystery to me, even though I have my ideas as to how.So in the end I lost once more and to this day I am denied Justice over this miscarriage of Justice.
Now if you have been reading this blog from its inception or have gone back to post number one (which if you want to know all about this crook, you should do) or you have read my sister blogs (links on this blog to those, you will know the story and be able to see all the documentary evidence for they are all there for you to see )
So as this latest set of evidence has never been put on this blog or talked about, this is what I now will now show you. By that I mean what the lying bastard put into the evidence statement he made for this case. They make illuminating evidence once again, as to what liar he is.
I will go through this long winded document paragraph by paragraph showing you what a liar this turd is.
PARA 1. He starts his lies straight away by saying I am claiming he is showing ‘unauthorised’ copies of articles. When what I complained about was that he was showing photos of cars I made or he made from my kits. Thus giving the wrong impression about those particular cars.(If you look through previous posts you will see I have covered this before)In other words if you still do not GET IT, he misleads the Public into thinking that he is responsible for the inception and design of the Viper.
PARA 2. He states that as the website of his has been online since 2004 I have known about it. The facts are that from early 2004 I was in Australia or New Zealand or Spain. I returned to the UK mid 2008 and only saw his website in early 2009 and the claim was filed in mid 2009. Whilst abroad I did correspond with the IPO, which is easy to do even from abroad.
PARA 4. He then claims that after the end of 1989 and after Brightwheel Replicas Ltd was closed down by my partners, which is when I started my new company Classic Replicas, that he was never an agent for me then. Even though he admits that he continued to have a ‘business relationship’ with me. (he has to do this as I have copies of invoices and orders between us, going back to the beginning of 1990) Now I ask you, would I continue to do this on an ad-hoc basis, with me having no legal relationship or ability to control his using and selling my product???. Not on your life, and I made sure this time that he and his brother signed an agency agreement. His brother Martin at the 2010 hearing at the IPO verified through legal statements that they (Cobretti) did sign and were my agents and that he Robert Busbridge was lying. Once again the IPO refused to believe me or his Brother. I WONDER WHY???
PARA 5 he now resorts to telling the court that I forged this agreement (which his brother agreed at the 2010 hearing was not a forgery) Of course this is done to denigrate me even though I was charged as he states and FOUND NOT GUILTY !! HE GOES ON AND NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME TO TELL THE COURT THAT HE IS GOING TO HAVE ME, FOR THIS ALLEGED FORGERY…. THROUGH THE CIVIL COURTS…..I AM STILL WAITING….BRING IT ON ASSHOLE!!
PARA 6. He relates how the red car on his website, which I made for my Japanese order and allowed them to use for a photo shoot, so THEY COULD USE THOSE PHOTOS IN MEDIA articles and that would, as anyone with brains could see… would help their business. Now why would I do that if they were not my agents? Anyone with brains would ask. He complains that I never complained about the use of the photos of the Red Car,until 2009. This ignores the fact that when they were originally done I gave my authorisation as I’ve said and that finished the moment they cheated me by stealing my designs, business and trade mark in 1991/2
PARA 7 He now goes into a whinge that I am running a vendetta against him since 1991. I ADMIT THIS WHOLEHEARTEDLY AND YOU MAY WONDER WHY. I vowed way back that would continue til I die, to do this and I REITERATE THAT PROMISE. FOR THIS BASTARD RUINED MY LIFE AND SO I HAVE EVERY JUSTIFICATION TO DO THIS AND AS HE IS A SICKLY RUNT AND HIS BROTHER DIED AN EARLY DEATH…..IT IS MY FERVENT WISH TO WHICH I PRAY TO EVERY DAY…..THAT HE TOO DEPARTS THIS WORLD…..,ASAP. As I am a very fit 73 year old, I hope to outlive the lying bastard. so he’s got me on his back for some time yet!!
PARA 8. He claims in this PARA that he acquired the goodwill in the Trade Mark in 1989 from Brightwheel Replicas Ltd. He fooled the IPO on this, but the truth of it is, as I have shown over and over, that BRL NEVER EVER OWNED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. BRL only started in business in early 1987, yet I designed the Viper chassis and made its body starting in 1985. The Granada version was finished in late 1985 and the Jag version which Busbridge copies in 1991 was finished in very early 1986. That process was paid for By my own monies and NOT THE MONIES OF MY THEN COMPANY …..BRIGHTWHEEL LTD!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER RELINQUISHED MY OWN OWNERSHIP OF THOSE ASSETS TO EITHER Brightwheel Ltd or to Brightwheel Replicas Ltd. I showed evidence of that to the IPO when fighting Chrysler and was believed and was given by the IPO registration of the Trade Mark Viper. Yet after Bastard Busbridge started his actions through the IPO, they then never believed a word I said or any evidence I showed. I WONDER WHY??????? Part of the reason could be that as the sheer volume of lies this crook made up in all the statement etc he made.Overwhelmed them and they just couldn’t be bothered to work out who was telling the truth. Who knows but it is a fact that even though the IPO gave me registration something made them change their minds, so much so that they eventually in 2010 took it off me thanks to the over 200 lies of Busbridge.(And 5 forged documents)
PARA 9. Here he admits that the car that features in his ‘Crash Test’ article WAS made from one of my kits ex BRL. Yet the way he writes it on his website, the fact it survived that crash was down to Liar Busbridge and nothing to do with my design etc . Yet he had nothing to do with the chassis design whereas I did!!!!!!!!Just like his misleading claim that ‘If it ain’t broke…don’t fix it!’ This is akin to saying “Well isn’t my design so good & strong…blah,blah”
PARA 10 Here he admits for once that other cars he shows on his website ARE cars made from kits I made at BRL so are NOT COBRETTI CARS AT ALL……SO WHY ARE THEY ON HIS WEBSITE?????
HE LIES YET AGAIN BY SAYING ALL THESE CARS WERE PUT INTO A PUBLICATION WITH MY KNOWLEDGE. WHAT PUBLICATION I ASK, AS HE OMITS TO SAY? AND any authorisation finished when he stitched me up in 1991/92.
PARA 11. This concerns the silver ‘Snake Charmer’ article which is again a car made from a Classic Replicas kit I provided them, for a Swiss customer I sent him. He lies by saying this kit was a BRL designed kit. I ask you this….who the fuck ran BRL anyway??…NO ONE BUT ME!!! and as I have said I designed that kit in 1985/6. He goes on to accuse me of stealing assets that belonged to BRL including these rights to the kit design. This is EXACTLY how he lies over and over making statements to suits his overall lies, just like this. Yet in court in 2000 when he tried to have me imprisoned and out of the way, he admitted under harsh cross examination by my barrister that he had no knowledge at all about what went on at BRL including who owned what. He knew absolutely Zilch! The FACTS are that all or most of the ‘material’ assets (but none of the IP assets) of BRL were owned by my American investor partners and that is why they took those material assets when it closed.I BOUGHT off them what I needed and the rest went elsewhere. He goes on to say I never showed any evidence that the Intellectual assets were legally transferred from BRL to me after it finished.
The FACT is as I’ve said, that BRL NEVER EVER owned those I/P assets, as I did. THAT IS WHY I WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE RUNNING A COBRA BUSINESS EVEN AFTER BRL CLOSED AS THE YANK PARTNERS NEVER EVER OWNED THE IP….I DID. FULL STOP, END OF STORY. WOULDN’T YOU THINK THAT THE YANKS WOULD HAVE STOPPED ME DOING THIS IF THEY OWNED THE I/P ASSETS TOO???? SO I NEVER HAD TO SHOW EVIDENCE OF WHAT I ALREADY OWNED!!!!!!
PARA 12. He now inexplicably admits that from 1989 to mid 1991 I did supply him with Viper Kits.(AFTER DENYING THIS TO ALL & SUNDRY) This is how liars forget the other lies they have told and then let things slip. For in the IPO court he denied me supplying him with ‘Viper’ kits.
PARA 13. He now goes on slagging me off and lying again by saying I was using Cobretti because I could not use the Viper mark and I did not want to face the public. Yet I helped them at a couple of KIT CAR SHOWS WHERE I MET MANY OF THE PUBLIC….OF COURSE!!!! So if I were scared to meet the Public why did I do this??? I also couldn’t deal with advertisers (whoever they were) as they were creditors of BRL. Two points here; first is that in a limited company, the directors are not responsible for paying creditors, as Busbridge well knows since he formed alimited company and then went deliberately bankrupt in 1993 leaving many creditors. This shows what a liar & a hypocrite he is. In any case BRL had only about 40 kit customer creditors who paid deposits (£500 each) and the Tax man as creditors and I had no legal requirement to pay any of them as my American partners had monetary control of BRL and it was they who closed it down not me, as I’d resigned as they refused to rescue the business.
He says ‘I WAS TRYING TO TRADE THROUGH THEM’ because I wanted to hide form the World. I WAS trading through them as my agent as I was running a ONE MAN BUSINESS AND BUSY MAKING AN ORDER OR TWO FULLY BUILT VIPERS. ( THE OTHER TWO I HAD ORDERS FOR, I GAVE THEM THAT ORDER AND THEY REPAID ME BY STEALING MY BUSINESS OFF ME AND ALL MY DESIGNS. AND HE WONDERS WHY I HATE HIS GUTS!!! I ALSO GAVE THEM THE ORDER I HAD FOR A CR6 LAMBO, I WAS HALFWAY THROUGH AS IT WAS TOO BIG FOR MY GARAGE. THEY COULDN’T FINISH IT AS IT WAS ‘TOO DIFFICULT’ FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!I WENT ON A FEW YEARS LATER TO FINISH IT MYSELF.SO MUCH FOR HOW GOOD BUSBRIDGE IS. FACT…..HE’S NEVER DESIGNED A THING HIMSELF IN THE PAST 30 YEARS, WHEREAS I HAVE A HISTORY OF 50PLUS YEARS OF DESIGNING A VARIETY OF PRODUCTS FROM ARTIFICIAL XMAS TREES, A HUGE VARIETY OF LEATHER GOODS TO POWER & SAIL BOATS AND TO CAR BODY KITS AND OTHER REPLICAS.AND I CAN PROVE IT STILL.
Para 14. Most of this document of his is irrelevant waffle and lies but the important bit is when he states ‘Ken Cook disappeared to Switzerland’ He is very fond of saying that as a way of slagging me off and denigrating me and I believe this and many other statements like this, he made to the IPO and thus swayed their opinion of me. THE FACT IS THAT IN 1991 THERE WAS A BAD FINANCIAL CRASH IN THE UK. Orders for kits and definitely full cars dried up, so my Swiss agent asked me to go to Switzerland to build a difficult order for a racing Viper. SO I WENT AND LEFT MY BUSINESS IN THEIR HANDS AND THEY REPAID MY KINDNESS AND FAITH IN THEM …..BY STEALING MY COMPANY ETC OFF ME AND TRYING TO SELL MY TRADE MARK TO CHRYSLER FOR £500K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND THIS SCRAWNY LITTLE TWAT WONDERS WHY I DESPISE HIM……HE’S LUCKY HE DOES NOT LIVE IN RUSSIA!!!OR ANY OTHER EASTERN EURO COUNTRY…GET IT??

The rest of the paragraphs to para 19 are the same repetitive lies and irrelevant rubbish so I will not repeat them all, as what I have said so far serves my purpose. Save the last para, where he asks the court to order the three blogs I write about him and Tanner, to be taken off the web. I ASK YOU IT’S LAUGHABLE. EVEN THOUGH HE HAS THE CROOKED BRAINS TO INDULGE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS AND GET AWAY WITH IT (LIKE HELPING CUSTOMERS OF HIS TO GET RID OF THEIR CARS SO THEY COULD DO THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THIS IN THE 90’S)…..HE IS REALLY A FIRST CLASS THICKO. FOR WHY DOES HE THINK I WRITE THESE BLOGS???????? BECAUSE HE AND OTHERS CANNOT TOUCH ME. I HAVE BEEN WRITING THESE SINCE 2007…..AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR HIM OR OTHERS, LIKE IAN HYNNE OR TANNER,(WHO NOW HAS ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD IN HIS CELL, TO WORK UP A CASE AGAINST ME, SEEING AS HE ALWAYS FANCIED HIMSELF AS A LAWYER….. BUT FAILED IN HIS DRUGS CASE, TO WIN THE CHARGES…..TO SUE ME.)
THE FACT IS THAT BUSBRIDGE KNOWS FULL WELL THAT HE HASN’T THE PROOF OF ME DOING ANYTHING ILLEGAL AND NOR HAS HE THE MONEY TO DO ANYTHING. PLUS IF HE HAD TO GET INTO A REAL COURT AND NOT THE MICKY MOUSE TRIBUNALS OF THE IPO, HE IS THE ONE WHO WOULD BE FOUND…….THE GUILTY ONE!!!!

HE SHOULD PRAY EVERY NIGHT THAT I NEVER WIN THE LOTTERY FOR IF I DO, HE WILL BE THE FIRST ONE I WOULD SPEND MY MONEY ON MAKING SURE I RUIN HIM. Cobretti Engineering Still the lies flow

Thought I’d take a longer look at his current brochure and website. God he’s still at it even after 20 odd years of constant lying. He is still claiming on this website that cars I manufactured and built and that were featured in kit car magazine articles where they were claimed to be cars manufactured and made by him. Still showing the red car with model (woman) which I MADE FOR A JAP CUSTOMER. Then the silver car that was made from my kit bought for this purpose by Busbridge.
You would think that he’d made enough copies of my car over the past 20 plus years and got write ups done on them, to be able to peddle his own copies as examples of the copy. Apparently not.Maybe no one will do write-ups for him these days????
Then I see he is quoting an address of a nice house in the countryside south of London. No doubt he’s bought this bolt hole from all the money he’s made out of copying my cars and doing his very own brother out of his inheritance by lying to their Mother and getting her to cut Martin out of her considerable will. WHAT A LOVELY MAN IS OUR ROBERT THE SHIT BUSBRIDGE!!
Hope you do better out of him than others have who have been unfortunate enough to have come across him.

Cobretti Engineering & the crook Tanner

Well I have long believed that crooks will get their comeuppance eventually. This, I now have been told, has happened to that utter bastard and twin of Busbridge…..one ‘Den the Menace’ Tanner.
For apparently as I am told, he was arrested some months ago for a massive case of growing weed in no less than in his factory. Exactly the kind of thing he would do, for he had absolutely no scruples. That is why he and Busbridge got on so well together. The even looked liked twins!! Ugly looking little bastards. Wouldn’t be surprised if Busbridge was in on the Tanner weed act as pursuing criminal acts is his forte. Apparently according to his brother he was into making cars ‘disappear’ for people willing to pay, so they could claim in their insurance for a ‘stolen car’ !!!!!!!!!
I was wondering why I was unable to see Kitcar for sale anywhere and for months now. He has hived off his rag of a mag to staff of his who are no better than he is, for to work for such an obvious shit as he, makes them no better. Just like that weak asshole Ian Hyne who sucked up to him knowing full well what he got up to just so he could have a job. The ragmag seems like it was losing heaps and we will not see it again I HOPE!!
Similarly with his shitheap Sumo which should too be consigned to the dustbin, for it was a dangerous heap of badly designed crap as I always said.
Now to Busbridge. I am going to celebrate all this for a few months, because now you have no outlet in any mag to be able to advertise your rip off of my Viper. Whilst you may own the T/M of that trade mark through your crooked crimes of lying to the IPO to get it, It’s worth diddly shit if you cannot sell the kit!!!!

Cobretti Engineering and Trolls

It never ceases to amaze me that in this country so many people in the youngster section of our population are so hateful and this shows in the huge amount of cyber bullying and hateful shit they write on comments sections that can be found anywhere online. Like on blogs such as this. I have already shown how many individuals in the Cobra Club fall under this category.
I attempted some years ago to help any individual who may have bought a genuine Viper kit or car (not a Cobretti copy) mostly to be able to identify whether it was one of my Vipers, a copy by Cobretti or others or just a cobra someone said was a Viper but was not. As soon as I appeared on their forums I was subjected to a torrent of abuse in this troll like mode. When I retaliated I was kicked out of the club. So much for freedom of speech and being able to defend ones self from trolls and people so full of hate. Not one of those indulging in this hate knew me personally or about my history with the car industry or about the history of my Viper. Yet all were experts on it all.
In the past week one of their illustrious members has attempted to slag me off on this blog through the comments section, with the usual diatribe of invective lies and hate filled comments. Including ‘what have you ever done for the club’ The answer to that is of course, I wasn’t allowed to!! He slagged off the Viper as a heap of shit that was unbuildable,which in turn slags off all hundreds of happy owners of my
Vipers, who bought kits and just got on and built them with no problems at all. It also slags off all the Cobra lovers who loved the wider stance of my kit and bought the kit because of that. It also shows an ignorance of real Cobra history because the only difference in the looks of the Viper and say other replicas in the UK are the wider wheel arches and if you study the history of all the racing Cobras, they ALL HAD THE SAME WIDER WHEEL ARCHES just as the Viper had. If you have ever been involved in racing ANY standard manufactured cars you will know the first thing you have to do is widen the arches, so as to get a wider track in order to give better road holding. Look at ALL the Cobra Replicas in countries like the USA, Australia, Germany and Austria they mostly go for the same wider arches that the Viper has. So his remarks are made out of ignorance, once more. He ignores the fact that the Viper has to be the most copied Cobra Replica kit going with FOUR people copying it in the UK and copies in the USA, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If it is such a shit kit why do all these other businesses copy it??
Then he goes on to slag the kit off as unbuildable and that many are still battling to build them. Well this is just more lies as it is now 11 years since I sold the last one and surely all the kits I sold from 1985 to 2002 are fully built years ago? So I have to think that he is referring to the Viper copies made and sold by Cobretti or others!! I cannot be held responsible for for the quality of what he peddles. To build the rolling chassis is no more difficult than any other Cobra Replica sold in the UK. Fitting the body is more difficult in that it requires a bit more intelligence and mechanical/general expertise, but the resulting integrity of the finished car is so much stronger because of the extra strengthening that results in the fitment, in the way it has to be done. It also belies the fact that in 18 years of manufacturing that kit, I only ever received complaints from ONE person, namely a Cobra Club numpty who bought what was probably my last kit sold in 2001 and who I have outlined about in the below post and in others below. Plus it never ever got any bad reviews by ALL kit car magazine writers, INCLUDING LIAR HYNNE (who became a Busbridge LOVER probably on the orders of Tanner or by being bought off).
I then get a slagging for not being a successful businessman. Yet up to the point that Busbridge/Cobretti stole my designs etc and half my business turn over to boot, my business was selling more Cobras than anyone else!! He is ignorant of all the other areas of my business that was not involved in kitcars, such as the Mini Moke Replica I designed and sold overseas as a knockdown or fully built car. Or my work with a Mini Countryman replica car I manufactured and sold to Japan. Or the Mini body kits and convertible car conversions I did, very successfully. It is always the same with these Trolls. They are just ignorant oafs who have few brains, so take out their frustrations and insecurities with invective against others they hate for whatever reasons. That can be seen all the time these days and only this week we saw it against the couple who’s baby had a finger ripped off by a fox who were attacked in similar sickening ways by these sick troll people. Similarly the McCanns had to suffer from much invective from online Trolls. This Troll on this blog signed himself as ‘Eric’. Is he the same Eric who I complained about as being a self appointed ‘EXPERT’ on my business history AND the history of the Viper??
Anyhow all such oafs, fuckwits and defectives will immediately have their comments wiped off the blog, as this blog is to warn people who they may be considering buying a Viper copy off copier Busbridge and not to give a platform for sick people. Ian Hyne that arch lying writer for the rag mag Kitcar, is still peddling his never ending lies about his bosom pal Busbridge. He sucks up to this crook with outrageous lies on a monumental scale that one wonders just how close they are? Maybe BUSBRIDGE GIVES HIM FREE BLOWJOBS FOR ALL THE LIES TOLD ON HIS BEHALF???
In the current year book of all the kitcars on the UK market by Kitcar, there is the usual three page plus job written by liar Hyne praising the Viper that Hyne knows full well was never designed by Busbridge AND THAT THE TRADE MARK VIPER WAS STOLEN BY THE HUMONGOUS LIAR BUSBRIDGE IN 2010. Hyne knows me from back in 1985 when I first met him. He test drove my first Viper Jag based demo car in 1986 when I was operating my then company Brightwheel Ltd and this was before Busbridge ever came onto the kitcar scene, then as my London agent. (NOTE THAT THIS WAS NOT BRIGHTWHEEL REPLICAS LTD which came into being in early 1987) SO HE KNOWS FULL WELL the history of the Viper and who brought it onto the market and who owned any rights to it and the Trade Mark.
So what does he do? He goes on in that article to state once more, ad nauseum, how Busbridge claims he was able to pinch my designs and trade mark which he knows is ALL LIES.(ask yourself why in every article he does on Busbridge, they always have to peddle these lies about he was legally able to steal my rights from me and this shows they are just trying to justify their illegal activities which they know some, who know kitcar history will wonder about) He also states that Busbridge was able to stop Chrysler (HE STATES GM AND THIS SHOWS HE IS A BAD LIAR AND KNOWS LITTLE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CAR MAKERS, AS IT WAS NEVER GM AT ALL)from registering Viper as a trade mark in the UK, with legal action. He has done this before as you will know, if you have read all of this blog.
NOW THE TRUTH IS AS I HAVE REPEATED BEFORE, IT WAS I, FROM 1991 THROUGH TO 2002 WHO SPENT THOUSANDS OF MY MONEY TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CHRYSLER AND WAS GRANTED REGISTRATION HAVING PROVED MY OWNERSHIP.
To show the truth here are the decision documents of the Intellectual Property Office Court in 1988 giving me registration and also the actual registration document which was eventually given me by the IPO in 2002 after I eventually saw off Chrsyler and I will also post the actual letter from Chrysler stating they were giving up their claim. That will blow all of Busbridge/Hyne lies, out of the water for good.
Now of course after that Busbridge successfully lied and perjured his way through no less than 8 IPO hearings and a County Court action when he tried to have me imprisoned (unsuccessful) and eventually somehow the IPO believed all his lies and took my registration off me. Had I been rich I would have sued him and the IPO way back and put a stop to all the lies of Busbridge.
However I was not rich and after I suffered a massive heart attack in 2002 from all the strain I decided to not spend all the time and effort in order to keep all the hassle up. So I retired and whilst I continued to fight this was mostly carried out by myself against the partiality of the IPO, who it seems thought they should after giving me registration, then go on to do absolutely everything they could to snatch it back.That makes you wonder what they were all about.

ALL THOSE OF YOU CONTEMPLATING EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK BUSBRIDGE SHOULD THINK AGAIN AND DO NOT FORGET THAT THIS IS ALSO A BLOKE WHO STOLE FROM HIS BROTHER Martin, HIS PART OF THE BUSINESS AND THEN WENT ON TO ALSO STEAL HIS BROTHERS SHARE OF THEIR PARENTS ESTATE. WHAT AN UTTER SHIT HE IS!!!!

Lastly Liar Hyne states that Busbridge has built over 200 cars. A BAREFACED LIE WHICH IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT WOULD MEAN HE WOULD HAVE HAD TO BUILD OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS AT LEAST 10 CARS SINGLE HANDED ABSOLUTELY EVERY YEAR……AN IMPOSSIBILITY AND AT ODDS WITH WHAT HYNE STATES ELSEWHERE IN HIS LYING ARTICLE….THAT COBRETTI IS A ‘LOW KEY ENTERPRISE ETC’ Plus he lies again about the Viper design having come from the Sheldonhurst Cobra (I was their agent for about three months max, to the time they went out of business about Nov 1985,) Tellingly he doesn’t tell you that the Sheldonhurst was a Granada based chassis and my Viper Cobra was a Jag based Cobra replica with a TOTALLY DIFFERENT CHASSIS AND A BODY THAT HAD MANY DIFFERENCES FROM THE OLD SHELDONHURST ONE.
